Non-Starchy Vegetables (high-fiber, low-sugar)
• Kale, spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, cucumbers, cabbage
• Garlic and onions (strong anti-parasitic action)
High-Quality Protein
• Pasture-raised eggs
