Our Team

Dr. Katie Schneller
Dr. Katharine (Katie) Schneller received her Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from Earlham College in 2014, and her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in 2018. Dr. Schneller is the owner of Inclusive Natural Medicine, LLC, a naturopathic medical practice in Tempe, AZ, whose goal it is to provide a safe space for patients to discuss any and all health concerns and questions. She empowers people to take control of their health through education, and works with her patients to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each person’s specific goals and health needs.
While she is able to prescribe pharmaceuticals, her favorite natural modalities to use in treatment are IV therapy, specialty blood panels, acupuncture, herbal medicine, supplements, and counseling on anxiety and stress management. In her carefully carved out spare time, she enjoys hot yoga (of which she is also a certified instructor), reading, watercolor painting, live music and singing.

Dr. Spencer Warren
Dr. Spencer Warren (she/her) received her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Sonoran University of Health Sciences in 2022, where she also completed a First Year General Medicine Residency.
She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics magna cum laude from Arizona State University. She has previously worked in food and nutrition at Mayo Clinic. Dr. Warren found naturopathic medicine due to her own chronic health issues and is passionate about treating the whole person and finding the root cause of symptoms in her patients.
Areas of focus include gastrointestinal health, women’s health, autoimmune/chronic disease, cardiometabolic health, and mind/body medicine. Her preferred modalities include nutraceuticals, botanicals, acupuncture/cupping, and IV therapy.
She is a member of the LGBTQ+ community, speaks Spanish, and enjoys traveling, food, playing with her dogs, and spending time with her partner, who is also a Naturopathic doctor.

Dr. Sheyda Vadipour
Sheyda Vadipour is a 4th year naturopathic medical student at the Sonoran University of Health Sciences in Tempe, Arizona. After struggling with cystic acne and hormonal imbalances in her teens, she has become passionate about finding holistic and preventative approaches to healing. She understands the importance of bio-individuality in medicine, recognizing that a ‘one size fits all’ approach does not work. She believes true healing happens through daily habits, and aims to empower her patients to optimize their health through supportive lifestyle choices. In her spare time, she loves to hang out with her two rescue pitbulls at home!
Sheyda earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Wellness from Arizona State University in 2017 and has an anticipated graduation date to receive her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine in June 2023.

Dr. Carie Perrino

She graduated from University of Missouri with a degree in Nutritional Sciences and completed 1000 hours of supervised practice before becoming a Registered Dietitian. As a Dietitian, she worked at hospitals, managed tube feeding and saw patients privately. Dr. Perrino pursued Naturopathic Medicine because she is passionate about treating the whole person after healing her own gut with Naturopathic principles.
Areas of focus include gastrointestinal, cardiovascular, and endocrine health, autoimmune/chronic disease, and community health. Her preferred modalities include nutrition, nutraceuticals, botanicals, acupuncture/cupping, and IV’s.

Grace Tisdale
In the Spring of 2023, Grace Tisdale (she/her) graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University, earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences. Her future plans involve advancing her education to pursue a career in the functional medical field, with a focus on integrative care. Grace is deeply committed to taking a holistic approach to patient treatment and has a strong interest in utilizing nutrition as a means of preventative and complementary care. Her passion for nutrition stems from her love for cooking and her dedication to creating vegan meals, as she has been practicing veganism for 7 years and has been cooking since the age of 5. Beyond the kitchen, Grace finds joy in spending time outdoors with her beloved rescue pup, anything that requires creativity, and all things adventurous.
