Our Team
Dr. Katie Schneller
Dr. Katharine (Katie) Schneller received her Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from Earlham College in 2014, and her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in 2018. Dr. Schneller is the owner of Inclusive Natural Medicine, LLC, a naturopathic medical practice in Tempe, AZ, whose goal it is to provide a safe space for patients to discuss any and all health concerns and questions. She empowers people to take control of their health through education, and works with her patients to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each person’s specific goals and health needs.
While she is able to prescribe pharmaceuticals, her favorite natural modalities to use in treatment are IV therapy, specialty blood panels, acupuncture, herbal medicine, supplements, and counseling on anxiety and stress management. In her carefully carved out spare time, she enjoys hot yoga (of which she is also a certified instructor), reading, watercolor painting, live music and singing.
Dr. Amie Barbanti
Dr. Amie Barbanti brings a well-rounded background to the practice, combining clinical and administrative expertise with hands-on experience in emergency care. She earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Arizona State University and a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Walden University, all while working full-time as a paramedic. Her paramedic experience focused on emergency medicine and assisting in pain management surgery centers.
In 2021, Dr. Barbanti graduated from Sonoran University (formerly SCNM) and completed a two-year preceptorship specializing in pain management and regenerative medicine.
Passionate about helping patients seeking alternatives to conventional pain management, Dr. Barbanti provides natural, regenerative, evidence-based treatments aimed at alleviating pain and restoring function. She strives to create a safe, open environment where patients feel heard and supported throughout their healing journey.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Barbanti enjoys hiking, cycling, stand-up paddle-boarding, reading, attending live music, and traveling with her partner and two fur-babies.
Dr. Barbanti is currently a Naturopathic Medical Doctor Preceptee under the supervision of Dr. Katie Schneller and is practicing under Dr. Schneller’s medical license while preparing for the elective acupuncture exam.
Dr. Sally Willey
Dr. Sally Willey began her journey in medicine initially wanting to become an M.D. After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in biology from Metropolitan State University of Denver, she worked as a medical assistant in a primary care office. Here, she saw the good and the bad of using only one approach to health and medicine. After various health issues of her own, she was herself let down by this approach and became determined to look for alternatives, finding her way into naturopathic medicine.
Dr. Willey completed a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2021. Here she learned the importance of treating the whole person, using modern medical diagnostic tools and ancient healing wisdom. Dr. Willey approaches each patient as a unique individual using nutrition, lifestyle, botanical medicine, and homeopathy as tools to work with patients in achieving their health goals.
Her particular focus is on the emotional aspects of health. Again learning from her own personal struggle with depression and anxiety, she was forced to realize that the emotional aspect of health is shamefully overlooked and too often disregarded. Our emotions can have an amazing power over our bodies and effect everything from muscle tension to digestion. By incorporating this idea in her approach to patients, she uses a number of techniques in order to best address and support the whole person.
