We are excited to share one of our favorite holiday recipes from Coach Elena of Dump Your Diet; Green Bean Casserole
Reduce inflammation and enjoy this holiday classic with a gluten free dairy free version, you literally will not be able to taste the missing ingredients, it’s that good.
Ingredients
- 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Cream of Mushroom Soup
- Pacific Foods or Amy’s Cream of Mushrooms is a good choice
- Campbells is NOT gluten free
- 1/2 cup almond milk or coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce [check for gluten free, or use coconut aminos]
- 1 dash black pepper
- 4 cups cooked cut green beans
- 1 1/3 cups Gluten Free Fried Onions [order on Amazon]
Directions
- Stir the soup, milk, soy sauce, black pepper, beans and 2/3 cup onions in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
- Bake at 350°F. for 25 minutes or until the bean mixture is hot and bubbling. Stir the bean mixture. Sprinkle with the remaining onions.
- Bake for 5 minutes or until the onions are golden brown.
