You’ll be guided in an effortless meditation while being immersed in calming sounds and vibrations while you lay down and relax. Here’s what you can expect:
- Relaxation and Mindfulness: The primary goal is to promote relaxation and mindfulness. The meditation techniques as well as the sounds and vibrations can help you to let go of stress and anxiety.
- Physical and Emotional Healing: Many people find that yoga nidra sound baths help to release tension in the body and calm the mind and can be beneficial for physical and emotional healing.
- Deep Meditation: You may slip in and out of a deep state of meditation, allowing you to connect with your inner self.
What to Bring & Wear
- Comfortable Clothing: Wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
- Yoga Mat, Blanket & Pillow: Bring your own yoga mat (if you don’t have one we are happy to offer you a loaner mat), blanket, and pillow or bolster. Feel free to bring whatever you need to support your body and be comfortable while laying down for an hour.
- Eye Mask: (Optional) An eye mask can help you to fully relax and block out any distractions.
- Water Bottle: Staying hydrated is important, so bring a water bottle to sip on before or after the session.
